Analog Solar Tracker Circuit with LM358

I have created a analog solar tracker circuit in proteus with LM358 operational amplifier and TIP41 and TIP42 as H bridge, the simulation seem to work fine but when I make the circuit in breadboard the circuit behaves strange and I measured current it was drawing and found the circuit is nearly 2A without even the motor disconnected. As the op amp can not supply enough base current to the TIP H bridge I used a pre Driver setup also with BC 327 and 2n2222, but these resistors become very hot and smells burned when I connect them to my 8V power source. Can anyone help me to find where is the problem here?
