A suggestion for Ian

Ian, if you get a good opportunity to use an oscilloscope, you might be able to use the DC sine wave function to observe the ever-decreasing frequency of a musical note. I've got one speaker rewired with a shunt crossover network, as in the attached photo, and I can hear that decreasing frequency.
