I wanted to know if somebody can help me with my YouTube CH?

I made a YouTube CH I gave it a Name and I made a Banner and Profile Photo.

Then I Uploaded 11 videos I made.

If anybody goes to my YouTube CH they see my Banner then all my videos.

I thought I could Drag my video in other spots but they will not move.

I think this is because I just have the video Uploaded to my YouTube CH.

I know I can go to Top Right and Click Create then Click New Playlist.

Then I can Add my videos to this and put them in any order I want.

I do not understand how this whole thing works?

Lets say I make a Playlist and give it a Name then I Add my videos to it and put them in any order I want I get this.

So when somebody comes to my YouTube CH from my YouTube CH Name and open it are they going to see the Playlist that they have to go into?

Or am I not understanding how all of this works?
