My company bought this machine at an auction; I reached out to YJ Link multiple times to get support with no luck. Curious if anyone has this machine and knows how to operate it and would be willing to help with support. Any help is appreciated.

I’d post the model number and a few clear pics here. Someone might recognize it right away and help faster than YJ Link. A lot of those machines are pretty similar once you figure out the controls.
