1x Tp4056
1x Xl 6009E1
1x Switch
1x 3mm Red LED
1x 330 ohm R
Breadboard load
3 x RGB LED (4 pins common anode) using as a Single LED in parallel
2x 100 ohm R (Blue and Green)
1x 147 ohm R (Red)
approx 53 mah
Prototype 2 power bank (Fault)
5x18650(2000mah) avg capacity 10000 mah
1x Tp4056
1x Xl 6009E1
1x Switch
Breadboard load
3 x RGB LED
2x 100 ohm R (Blue and Green)
1x 147 ohm R (Red)
approx 53 mah
Problem occors when i put load on Prototype 2 powerbank,
Output Voltage drops below or under input voltage
Battery Voltage
Output voltage with no load

Output voltage with load

I swaped TP 4056 in prototype 2 = Result same
I Swaped batteries = Result same
I tried to power up xl6009 with input of 3.3 v form Atx power supply preset set to 5 v with no load, Result same Voltage out drops to 3.1 v with same load..
Ebay seller i bought form
