I found this low level amplitude modulator circuit online.

The Vc (the signal input on the left of the picture) is the carrier wave input and the Vm (the signal input on the right) is the audio input.

I was just wondering if someone could confirm whether this circuit would work and advise me on the component values. Also, would the input need to be 30V DC (or could it be lower) and where is the signal output (I'm assuming Vout is the negative, if I'm wrong please correct me)?
