Yeah, not quite gave up on it yet, Still gonna see what the manufacture says and call a few treadmill repair places to see if they offer board repair or know what might be the issue.If you don't mind hanging on for awhile, R!f@@ will come along and give a hand.

It's the same as in the one I have in my Keys Fitness T.M..Apparently this board was used in a few other models as well. Not many complaints with it though so thus not much info on possible problem areas.
