Yeah, not quite gave up on it yet, Still gonna see what the manufacture says and call a few treadmill repair places to see if they offer board repair or know what might be the issue.

Apparently this board was used in a few other models as well. Not many complaints with it though so thus not much info on possible problem areas.

Interesting, not many complaints about it that I saw when searching for it, so seems to be a pretty reliable board overall.

Will Knowing the model help? I can try pulling the heat sink off but didn't think there would be any use unless I was replacing them.

At least it will help in diagnosis if the type of controller is known.
