its not so bad now,just a little boring.

 

I have been working for the same company for almost 18 years..... never had a dull or boring moment that's for sure.... it's all about what you do and how much you like it.

 

<sarcasm> Now is the perfect time.. Just quit today and walk out giving the one finger salute.. You should be able to find a job easily in just a few days. </sarcasm>

 

I've always found it easier to go somewhere, than to leave somewhere.

yeah, I'd be cautious about changing jobs at this point in the crappy econo.. The field I'm in (aerospace) is hideous right now and people are getting laid off at record rates in our company and it's been that way for almost 2 years.. I'm holding on until they escort me out!

Our company has about 100 people,salary is ok but pay raise and promotion opportunities is not much

Everything I hear from my commercial s/w counterparts suggests that most of them do NOT get annual raises -- just once every few years (where few might be 5).. Of course I'm generalizing since my old co-workers that work commercial are about 4-5 people in several different s/w companies here in the US.. (California in particular)

That picture is taken from office window. Even I have bought cando,but I need to pay bank every month,and I prefer to live in house,like your americans',have yard.
