Im working on a wireless circuit that can send information at a 30meter range any suggestions for a rf transmitter and receiver and what frequency i should use?

 

What kind of "information"... on/off?...digital bytes?...audio?...video?

just an led turning on and off and maybe a buzzer going off.

Are you thinking of building them on your own from scratch, or buying PCB modules, or buying complete off the shelf units?

I recommend the latter. Much cheaper and faster overall.

HT12E/D with 435Mhz module.

 

RFM12/22 or nRF24L01 for simple data transmission. You'll need a microcontroller, of course, to control it.
