Hello,
Could you tell me which wire AWG do i need for a 24V 368w 20a(max) dc brushed motor? I've looked and i was going for 14 but i'm not sure. thanks

It also depends on the length of the connection.
I would go with the fattest wire that you can physically accommodate, 10 or 12 AWG instead of 14 AWG.

Over ~3-5' you have to start derating DC wire. Sounds like 10AWG Silicone Insulated flex wire to me. 12AWG would be about minimum and at over 12" it wouldn't hurt to derate. Most connectors are good for both 10 & 12 AWG. You will have to go up a connector size from 14AWG.

Hi it's for a electric bike. The motor would go near the back wheel and the battery in the center.
From your original post I suspected that it was for an electric bike.
I own four e-bikes and one e-trike. When I rewire my batteries I usually use 10 or 12 AWG. Failures tend to occur at the connectors more than anywhere else.
