Dear All
I want to rewind an electromagnet original 21 wire gauge ( length 20 meters ) .
If I use 2 x 24 gauge instead of 21 wire gauge force of electromagnet will change (increase or decrease ) or same. Many thank you

Depends on whether it is driven by a constant voltage or a constant current.

Since two 24Ga wires in parallel have essentially the same resistance as a single 21Ga wire, then there should be no difference if wound with the same number of turns.

I much prefer measuring wires in square millimetres. That way I don't get caught out by duff AWG->mm^2 tables.

Dear sir
Thank you for your help . Can you help me know more question:
In two ways to wrap the wire what is better
1: 2 wires wrapped together at a time
2: wrap only 1 wire at a time after solder 2 wire in parallel
Thank you so much

Wrap both wires at the same time, that way you will get the same number of turns of each and the ends will be together when you finish
