This is supposed to be 12V 6 amp power supply.
The output is 12 volts open circuit. With a 48 ohm load (would be 1/4 amp at rated output) the voltage folds back to bout 6 volts.

Does any one have a schematic? otherwise I'll guess I have to just start replacing diodes and transistors.

You can try and repair it but considering I can buy a 12 Volt 10 Amp power supply on Amazon Prime for under $20 USD I would just replace it. While I found references to it I could not find a schematic.

output low voltage to fans and peltier module, low voltage side of power supply 47uf 25v capacitors thermally sensitive, replaced, ok again
