Wine cooler fans not working

Hi,
I have a FX-101 PCB50427E1 REV 1.3 that's not supplying 12V to operate the 2 fans on the 2 thermoelectrics unit. Anyone has a troubleshooting procedure I could use to find the culprit? Or can anyone suggest a source to get the wiring diagram.
