WiMAX (handover) simulation tool

hi everyone

I am working on a project in wimax and need a simulation tool that supports handover capabilities and QoS scheduling services. I need to analyze two metrics, "Handover failure rate" and "Handover packet dropping rate" too. I would be grateful if someone could help me.
