I have created a schematic for a heart beat and temperture sensor but just want to check it will work? Im using a TCRT1000(heartbeat) and a LM35 (temp). This data will then be sent via bluetooth (HC-05) to a raspberry pi.

Can anyone see any serious errors before I start building the breadboard?

 

Regarding only the LM35, look into loading the output with a 200 ohm resistor. I'm not sure it's required and lots of people get away without it, but the datasheet sort of recommends it.
