Wifi hotspot with sim7100 and esp8266

Hi,
I want to implement a WiFi hotspot to which at least 5 devices can connect and use internet. i want to use sim7100 and esp8266. is it possible to do this?if any one can guide me or show me useful documents i will be very grateful.
