We have a project to design a WB Osicllator and im trying to determine the transfer function in s domain as in that form;
H(s) = sCR/(s^2C^2R^2 +3sCR +1 )

And some people got the CR=1 assumption and i cant figure it out;
Can u guys explain me that the reason

RC = 1 is meaningless. One what? RC has units of time, so it could be 1 second, 1 millisecond, 1 hour, 1 fortnight, 1 bucket of sand dribbling through a hole the size of your thumb in the bottom of the bucket. Even if it's understood that it is one second, what is special about one second? Nothing.
