Wide range DC/DC converter with adjustable output

I am looking for a power supply like the following:

Input: Single Input,
Input shall accept either of the following sources,
only one of them applied at a given time
* AC 100 - 140V, 60 Hz
* DC 8 - 32 V,

Output Single output
* 15 V, 5 A

Input could be bridge circuit, thus taking either AC or DC input.
need to figure out how to detect AC or DC input then route it to rest of ckt.

Possibly a 140 V to 8 V to 15 Vout, DC/DC converter, preceded by a Bridge ckt.

Any Circuit ideas?

Hi
you need two converters: 100-140V AC to 15V DC and 8-32V DC to 15V DC and a general purpose 120V AC relay with 2x SPDT (DPDT) contacts. 100-140VAC source is tied to the relay coil ,( any general purpose relay can operate with voltages between 100 to 140V AC) .
When 100-140V AC is available,the first converter is powered thru relay normally open contact.
When 100V-140V AC is not available, the second converter is powered thru relay normally closed contact.
Same with converter's outputs, the second SPDT contact used in the same way

As each of the supplies will have an output rectifier of some sort, there is no need for a relay - the outputs can be joined together.
The DC-DC converter will have to be a SEPIC, and will require 10A @ 8V in to produce 15A @ 5A out.
The AC-DC converter can be an off-the-shelf 15V 5A power supply.

That is a rather wild set of possible input voltages requested. But as others have suggested, you can satisfy the requirements with two separate supplies that you can buy from DIGIKEY, and other suppliers as well. I would refuse any product sold by amazon because they offer no product support or assistance at all.
The design and construction of an efficient switcher mode power supply is quite complex although the principles are sort of simple.
