Hi guys,
I use ir2113 ic for driving IRF260 Mosfets, but IC dont have any output in LO and HO pins when i cheked it with osiloscope, can anyone help me why ir2113 IC dont have any output in LO and HO pins?

My switching freq is 100KHz.

Is the SD pin low or high? Shut Down!
When LIN is high then LO should be near 12V_Reg.

What are the signals going to HIN and LIN?
Is the VS pin actually connected to the source of a high-side N-mosfet and the drain of a low-side N-mosfet?

 

Is the "12V Reg" above 10V?

 

Did you see the block diagram?
