Probably cheaper than that. There were 4,000 police at the convention. If you gave each of them $10,000 that would cost $40 million. The boats and hoverbots probably cost less than a million each. Helicopter gunships are more expensive but, probably not more than 2.5 million each, and you only have to rent them. You could probably get the whole lot for less than a tenth of a billion dollars.

 

We only paid 50 million. and that was all done thru govment! If you got subcontractors it would be much cheaper.
