Who are you?

Hi,

I'm from the UK. I'm more of a tinkerer but used a soldering iron since a young age.
Hoping to help and also be educated here. The internet needs more places like this one.

I will be posting a question soon... rather on the newbie side lol... but there are still allot of basic things I should know
that I don't.

Peace out!

Neil

I'm Jose from Spain, I'm 30 years old.

I'm an electronics student at a vocational training school. I wish I would go to university and study EE, but I'm ADHD and discovered just a year ago. I'm struggling to tune my brain, get some work and someday go to university.

I love electronics and computers and I'm a retrocomputing nerd. I have a small collection of Atari, ZX Spectrum, MSX, Megadrive and more.

I may commit tons of fails, and I didn't write this text about myself before writing a question. I'm sorry!

Regards.

Hi I'm Sam Ericson,

I'm an ex electronic student and ex electronic technician

I like to know more about troubleshooting components, circuit boards, and arcade games

I'm an old retired geezer that loves to piddle and tinker. Electronics has always been one of my interests although at a minor level. Looking forward to learning a great deal on this forum. Stand by for the dumb questions.

Hi there. I'm an engineering college drop out who's now taking IT at a different college. I'm a low level programmer but I love working with my hands and really want to start learning some fun things to do with circuitry. I follow people on youtube like kipkay, king of random, and nighthawken but my latest project seems a little above kipkay level and I'm hoping to find some tips and advice from the people on here.

Hi everyone.
My name is Kenny, and I'm an electronics design engineer working freelance in the UK.
I've been working in electronics since 1986, and cut my teeth on custom built embedded electronic subsystems.
I've worked for various clients, big and small, all over the UK and in Romania and the USA.

I've worked on far too many different systems to mention, including industrial automation, networking and communications systems, domestic appliances, home entertainment systems, audio distribution systems, touch screen systems and so on.

I love to re-educate as often as possible, and have a degree, a post-grad diploma and I'm currently working on my Masters.

I am 46, Married with four daughters and play piano and guitar.

I am trying to get a blog off the ground, it is at <SNIP>

I'm a fan of Apple Mac computers, and do as much work as possible on them, using Windows PCs where design tools are not available for Mac.

Thats me!
Ask any questions, I'm not shy.
