I want to choose a PIC Microcontroller work with DS1302 and 24C32/64.
What is the Connection Protocol I will wanted in PIC to search for?

You can use Microchips Part Selector to find the PIC you need.

Check first how the DS1302 and the 24C32/64 communicates with other circuitry, and find a PIC to match that.

And should you already have a particular family of mcus in mind each family should have it's own search. Here is one for the 8 bit family,

It is just a little less over whelming than the one posted. Actually neither is that bad once you get used to them.

 

In the parametric search look for I2C capable ones. Most, if not all in the 18F family, can do.

(And, if you were a brave -not much needed- and interested guy you could do it in software with little overhead). Worked for me.

Have you previous experience with any PIC family? If not, I suggest you go straight to the 18F.
