Q1)Which one is suitable for programming the T48 chip or ifix RT809F?

Q2)Where can I get a vga cable that has a 15-pin wire?, Because most of the vga cables I see have 15 pins, but when I cut the wire, only 5 wires are seen. I want it for programming because I will deal with programming with soldering on the electronic board.

Q3)Can you tell me the best set to buy?

 

Q2 - Normally if you buy a generic cable it will have all 15 wires. If it only has 5 wires it would have to be made for a specific monitor and computer / device combination since there are at least two additional wires used to read the EEPROM of a monitor for it's capabilities.

You are going to have to be a lot more specific. A google search of T48 brings up all sorts of things not even related to electronics. A google search of RT809F comes up with videos, manuals, and other such things that will show you how to use it.
