The loan will be 120 15 amp circuit card and yes the stove top burner is 240...

 

Is the device you need 120v for, all low voltage device?
Or is there a LV power supply built in?

I built the power supply into the unit. what I need to do is convert the top of my stove top burner into a 115volt outlet to run well let's call it "project i" an invention that I have been working on... Like I previously stated it's just a fun project I know safety is key so please have fun with this thread.

 

So if all you need for load is a standard 120v 15a outlet then the preceding posts cover it.

The burner on your stove is not a 115 volt. Why not come off where the cord hooks up but there still a big problem there too. Your not going to have a supply that's safe because of the wire and breaker size of the stove
you'll need a fuse too. Id just plug into the wall outlet and forget the stove.
