When it is important to take into account the op-amps input bias currents (including input offset currents) and the input offset voltage?

Why and when is it important to know about op-amp slew rate

Why and when is it important to know about op-amp Gain Bandwidth Product?

Like if you are amplifying some reference voltage for example for and AD converter, then you don´t care about bandwidth because the signal is pure DC.

If you are amplifying AC, then even with audio frequencies gain bandwidth product and slew rate are important. For example lousy old LM741 has only 1.5MHz bandwidth, so you cannot get higher gain than 75 if you want it to pass frequencies up to 20KHz.
