Trying to mount a 13X-5.00-6 lawnmower wheel on to a 3/4" shaft. Cannot find a suitable adapter for this purpose, any suggestions appreciated.

But sounds like you need a sleeve bearing to adapt one dia to the other??
Measure the two!

 

Weird question for an electronics forum, but what is the actual problem? Is the 3/4” shaft too big or too small?

 

I had put this in the off-topic forum.
Problem is that the rim of the wheel has 3 holes for mounting screws - nothing like a collar on the rim to mount to the shaft.

There's no simple solution .........
If You can find a small local Machine-Shop, they can probably come up with
a solution for You, but the cost is probably going to exceed ~$150.oo, if they are feeling generous.

If You are trying to fabricate some sort of "Off-Road"/"Fun-Vehicle",
don't mess around with Lawn-Mower-Parts,
they will simply end-up breaking, ( at the worst possible moment ).
