I am using two BC327 and measure the different result as pictures below.
I known the first one may be burnt, the thing is why still measured two values?

 

The first is dead, the junctions are no longer looking like diodes but some form of resistor probably because they've been overheated and fused the P and N doped areas into 2 homogenous lumps between collector and emitter and collector and base. The second display is correct for a BC327.
