what transformer should i get to power a 200v 1000mf capacitor ?

hello i am working on a project and i need a way to charge 200v 470-1000mf capacitor with a double a or nine volt. i was thinking a step up transformer would do the trick. any suggestions?

Start with a higher voltage.
Preferably an AC voltage. DC transformers haven't been invented.
Is that microfarads or millifarads?
Charge it up to what? 200 volts?
Just once?

i agree,, a flash unit from a disposable camera or even one of them electronic fly swatters you get from harbor freight for a few bucks..
the camera units you probably can get for free from any place that processes film, i used to get em free..and also a hand full of AA batteries as well

it bites pretty good..i been bitten a few times..me and a friend playing capacitor tag..lol
i am still here..but i'd still discharge it before farting around with it..

i love to fly.... plane pictured is a Pterodactyl Ascender II its a blast to fly.. still are made today.. came out in the early 80's..
