Lead spacing 10.43mm. I can't find anything that matches this. What do the manufacturers refer to Tmax (Thickness max) and Dmax (Diamater max)?

Take a look at this datasheet, it'll help to understand how these work. http://www.datasheetspdf.com/pdf/815061/EXSENSE/NTC-47D15/1 To be sure what it is, if it's a varistor it will be connected across the input, if it's a thermistor it'll be in series.
