I need help identifying an 8-pin IC that was used as part of a transimpedance amplifier for a photodiode. Unfortunately, the IC is damaged and needs replacement, but I have very limited information about it.

The markings on the IC are unclear, but it appears to be something like "T?37 BEN". The character after the "T" is difficult to read and could be a "1", a lowercase "L", or an uppercase "i". I am unsure of the manufacturer, but it might be Texas Instruments (TI) based on the markings.

I do not have a schematic or any other documentation for the circuit. The IC was part of a larger assembly, and I do not have access to any design information.

I have attached a clear photo of the IC, showing the markings and the package type. Could anyone help me identify this IC or suggest a possible replacement?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
Brilliant photo.
I think you would have to track down Ben. The "E & N " of ben look dodgy to me.
You could remove the i.c, then check on the underside for a clue.
Good luck...........

Thanks for your reply.

This circuit was found in our lab, and there were no markings or product numbers on it. The circuit case was also 3D printed.

I contacted Texas Instruments, but they said it wasn't their product.
