Really? Then these must be in the Gigahertz range.Clearly I did miss that fact. How similar is similar?? If it has 2 terminals then it is just a crystal, but if it has four, then it is probably an oscillator device. A package that size is probably in the megahertz or tens of megahertz range, it is too small to be a low frequency crystal. If an oscillator, the power would be either 3.3 v or possibly 5volts, no telling without using the part number.
