the substation is kept in a normal room temperature 25-30 degrees (in India). I just wanna know what usually is the power factor. Maybe there are other parameters that u need to tell me the power factor but i just want to know what is usually the power factor? is it about 0.9??

not exactly residential. bigger than that. 3 phase 200 Amp main switch is the largest substation. maximum load is around 285 KW in the whole compound (mainly due to central ac).

There is no "usual" power factor. Your power company can probably give you an idea because most will charge a premium if your power factor is significantly less than 1.
