What is the transmission line in this circuit made of?

    Kindly adviise what is transmission line made of in this circuit it is represented in TL1, TL2, TL3, and TL4 -- and this is frequency multiplier circuit. I just don't understand what component are they?

    It's copper μstrip. Part of the PCB. The paper where you got the schematic should have the details on their dimensions.

    Does it mean the dimension determine the ohm resistance?

    No. It means impedance measured in ohms.
    Google stripline impedance.

    Is it possible a coaxial cable as alternative replacement for the microstripline?

    Sure... as long as you can get coaxial cable in as many Zo's as your circuit calls for.
