what is socket for USB interface? how does it look like...
can any one know the details regarding this,please reply ...

and also the details about HDR_2X12....

I don't think there is such a thing as a USB socket. There are several different USB connectors. They have four pins and there is a power pair and a data pair. All can be revealed to you at no cost by going to:

www.usb.org

There you will find specifications and mechanical drawings in an abundance to boggle the imagination.

There are a few different size USB connectors. Check the USB spec for details.

I like the mini-B USB connector. I use Molex 67503-1020.

HDR_2X12 is probably a header connector which has two rows and twelve
pins per row. There is insufficient information in the name to be able to infer
more information.
