I have stripped down an old retractable charger for a project and need to know the name of the this component: (Green board


The circular metallic part rubs on these the opposite side:
Obviously transferring the current from the the outlet through the bird and to this rotating body supplying the cable with a current.

if someone could please give me the name of this component or point me in the right direction I would really appreciate that thanks.
