what is the best circuits simulator online?

Tinkercad has an Arduino simulator that works for sketches that don’t require PWM, it’ll work but really slows it down. EveryCircuit is good for simple logic and analog simulation. LTspice is good but a little steeper learning curve.

I use LTspice and think it is one of the best free analog simulators available.
It does have a somewhat steep learning curve, but that's true of most Spice-based simulators.
If you follow the tutorials, and play with the many simulation examples included in the library, you should be able to readily learn it.
It will be well worth the effort if you are interested in electronic design.
