If you would tell us what you are trying to do, we might actually be able to help you. IOT devices do not normally need to shunt 130 A to ground.

First, just for clarity: Zeners are typically low current devices, used as you mention for voltage reference.

Now, the answer: An LED, especially Green, acts very much like a zener diode, around 2.2V, with a very sharp 'Knee'. You also have the added benefit that the led only conducts in one direction, while a zener can conduct as a zener and also as a double barrier diode in the opposite direction.
Also you have the benefit of actually seeing the respective circuit is 'on' when the Green LED is lighted.
Do not use Blue since the voltages from different manufacturers are uncertain. Yellow and Red also work, but at slightly different voltages.

Wait...we're going off the rails, what imaginable IOT device needs 140 amps? Milliamps I can belive, Amps, I doubt it.

@AKSHAYMUKUND , What are you going to power with this regulator? Please check again as to the current you need to shunt to ground, the current drawn by your load, and we would also like to know the voltage you want to supply to the load. With that you should get a quick solid answer.

It seems more like intentional secrecy to me. He has not even acknowledged the questions, let alone tried to answer them. If it was the XY problem, I would expect hm to wonder why we were asking, but at least try to answer.

Of course there is also an MOV ( Metal Oxide Varistors), which are meant to absorb surges like from lightning strikes and whatnot on a power line.
