Hey guys
I'm trying to find any datasheet for this device:

I found something like this:

https://es.aliexpress.com/store/product/TO-220-EBF0231/347143_32665202317.html
https://es.aliexpress.com/store/product/TO-220-EBF0231/347143_32665202317.html
But couldn't find any datasheet. still I even have problem to know what is this device!

And the second device is this:

Found these pages:

http://componentsichermes.sell.ever...-discretes-to-220f-ic-integrated-circuit.html

And

http://www.heisener.com/ProductDetail/Infineon-Technologies/65DE420

But couldn't find any datasheet. and a question: What is the "power discretes" device?

I thought it was clear.
On the first device:

C13
N08
EBF0231

And the second device:

65de420
HE224 (vertically)

the N08 hints it might be a cheap substitute for other mosfets with the N08 in their naming
by the case the second is high voltage mosfet (used in isolated supplies)
since google wont find any valid matches there are options
  1. those things are a toy case replicas -- used by smugglers as small containers
  2. sold only inside china or some other not too known country
  3. a special (-ly marked) order - never reached or banned (reselled) by it's customer -- in which case the specs at your src. may be the actual ones (and they may be operational below expected specs or fully functional incase they were ordered to produce smth. but the order was banned or it's qty. reduced)

Are you trying to determine what the devices are or do you really just want a datasheet?

Without industry standard part numbers, finding a datasheet is unlikely unless you can find a cross reference.

If you just want to find out what the device is, you can try probing the terminals with a diode checker. A MOSFET will have a body diode, transistor two junctions; build a circuit to check polarity.

For IC's, apply current limited voltages and check the response. This takes some patience and knowledge. I once worked with a guy who did this on SSI/MSI ICs. I never had enough patience to do this for devices with more than a few pins.
