For instance The project dalek forum has a VIP section
when you have completed a dalek or done some special efforts for the forum,
they grant you access to this section.

There is a special section for the eBook developers.
When you look to the forum leaders page you can see who participate in it:

This group is specialy made to boost the development of the eBook.

no not that...even though this section consists of electronic geeks ( I mean this in a very very very nice way) it won't contain any discussion about electronics, well there may be some but the rest is far bigger than you think.
