Maldivians never, ever has a basement or a cellar or an attic for that matter.
Our life style is completely different from the rest of the world.

why not entertainment, it's not for everybody that happens to drop by or just poke your head in to. This is special, for special members, most of you here deserves it. You guys help in ways that I never thought off earlier, and to tell you the truth I didn't know that I can do what I am doing here, I mean like you I can also help those who are desperate. I am quite happy I joined this forum, and I enjoy myself and it gives me great pleasure when I know I have actually done something for someone that I have never seen or heard of.
The best thing about this is that being so far apart. Only connection is the net.

I must first know more about what I'm voting for... Are YOU going to start a "AAC Entertainment" site? Or are you going to ask for AAC to take the time and possible problems with the server to set up one for us?

If you are going to start a 'sister' site and ask it to be linked in, then I vote 'YES'

If you want the already busy folks to take their time to work one out here with membership and verification problems, then I vote "NO".

 

OK, let me make my self clear.
You see we have "general electronics chat", "off topic".
So like that..."Entertainment for VIP members".
Give it go and we'll see what happens, cause things I can entertain can be really something.. Not bad or disgusting and pornographic, I hate those. But I have a few things that I can discuss among certain and more mature members and something I can show.

Let's say, I can show many tourist resort related things, But I cannot make them public completely, by this way I am not going to invade any ones privacy, but there are things I need opinions on before making it public.

There so many things I want the world to know but before that I need opinions, and I don't trust and want to involve any Maldivian. To tell you the truth I trust most of you here then any one I know here.. Its rather complicated.

This section should be limited to the prawning eyes.
From the post I can see the real and intelligent members and those who have pure heart in delivering what they know to others without greed. Those are the type I like most. Those are the guys the I want to hang out with and share insights in things that have damaging result on the innocents.

I can go on but I don't think I should.
I have thought of writing things in my blog but I held back, I think the mod's won't like tht, so in here I can show and discuss before going to public.

 

But WHO would choose the VIPs? And could you imagine the amount of "requests" to deal with?

Now, if there were a way where only "friends" could read your blog, the same way you can have a private album, that would be a good idea.

Especially if you were talking about things of a sensitive nature.. But then again, would that be a job for another forum?

If there were a way to make your blog available to "friends only" then it could be done easily. You could invite who you want, without the "innocents" getting involved.

There we go. Rifaa, start a blog that is friends only. See jpanhalts post #36 on how to.

Then you can be the moderator of your entertainment thread/blog AND it can also be linked to your private albums so we can see the photos you post of the tourist related stuff for the Maldives.

Anyone else that is interested can start a entertainment blog and it will just rotate around for our eyes only.

Actually under blog options, you want to un-check guests may view blog and other members may view blog//

That way only your "friends" and moderators can view or comment on the entertainment blog.

They would have to be the people you chosen as friends in your friends list.

Actually, there is a difference between friends and contacts. If you could set up your contacts as members to the blog and friends as vip.

 

I have seen VIP section in another forum.... it was restricted..
something like that.
