The video is about 7 1/2 minutes, at least for me. It is the dramatization of the predicament of an engineer who is surrounded by management and artistic people asking for impossible things in a project kick-off meeting.

I've been looking for a used one for years. I think the government has confiscated them all, they never show up on eBay.

 

I'm not big into this kind of stuff, but why is it always referred to as a "turbo" encabulator when the video always refers to it as a "retro" encabulator? Or am I not hearing it correctly?

There's a couple of different versions of this, I just typed in "turbo encabulator " and this was the first one to pop up. I'd say keyword is "encabulator"
