I have a Vtech Phone with Answering Machine.

I use it for my Answering Machine I do not have my Voice Mail setup on ComCast.

I accidentally Deleted my Messages.

I know it uses a Chip to record.

Because you can not remove it does this mean I can not Retrieve my Deleted Messages?

 

While you might be able to desolder the flash it used to store the messages, and then reconstruct whatever file system they are using and recover the data, this would require a great deal of expertise you don't have.

Unfortunately, for all practical purposes, your messages are gone. Remember that anything stored digitally you really care about needs to be backed up. Redundant copies with geographical diversity is the only way to ensure you will not lose important things.
