I have a task to implement a Voltage to Frequency Converter on the FPGA DE2-70 using Quartus. We have already built the circuit on a breadboard using the LM324 and other components, and I will provide a picture and the LTSpice schematic. However, it is not specified whether I should use this physical circuit or only implement it just in Quartus using VHDL and Block Diagrams. Since I am short on time, it would be ideal if I could do everything in Quartus. Does anyone have any code or block diagram that I could use for this task? Thank you!
