I need a voltage reference 300/400 /500 or 600mV 0.01% low ripple.
Shunt system is generating noise and is therefor not useful.
Using voltage dividers are also source of noise.

Does one of you have experience with < 601 mV references and what type did you use.

I am not sure what you mean by this.

You say "Voltage reference 400mV 0.01% input 3v3" in your title. What does 0.01% refer to?

Linear Technology makes some 400mv references with a buffer amp -- the LT6650. I think TI, Maxim and other manufacturers might have some as well.

Sorry to be not accurate : should read output 0.01% precision noise low as possible.
I need this to measure in nV.
I know all the techniques to reduce noise however avoiding as much as we can seems to me the first step.

Shunt system is using a current source running into a resistor voltage over resistor is reference.
