Voltage Protect 220V split phase? ..#2

I am having a similar issue. I have spider boxes for outdoor stage temporary power distribution using 50 amp California plugs and am concerned of losing the neutral due to bad connections and over voltage the 120 circuits on spider box. Can I use the 3 phase one on a split phase circuit or a pair of single phase with the neutral in series thru them? as I cannot find one for split phase

CAUTION!!! Neutral conductors should not be series connected !! They should be independent to each outlet point. This reduces the recognized hazard quite a bit.
