There used to be several vendors, from pennies to round dollars. Checked ebay and did not find any. WHAT ? Checked Ali and nothing. WHAT ? Checked MCM , nothing, What ? Every store wants to sell whole speakers at 20 times profit price plus robbery shipping.
I do not want to throw away a humble speaker. Where to get the coil ?

Selling voice coil replacements was probably a reasonable business a few decades ago when there were only a few manufacturers, and speakers were really expensive.

I've never heard of, or seen, a replacement "Voice-Coil" only, for any Speaker.

Relatively inexpensive Speakers were never designed with Voice-Coil replacement in mind,
that's one of the reasons why they're inexpensive in the first place,
however, some very popular Speaker-Models have complete "Re-Cone-Kits" available.

"Eminence" Speakers are a solid low-budget bet,
they also make some very respectable high-end products.

Many "real" "Pro-Audio-Speakers" ( ~$300-plus each ), are specifically designed for
a relatively simple, and relatively fast, Re-Coning-procedure.
( I've Re-Coned many "Gauss-Cetek" 15s that were heavily abused every night back in the late '70's )

If You trashed a Voice-Coil,
You probably need to use a higher quality Speaker,
and/or,
You also need ............................

To use a Properly designed Cabinet, ( most commercially-available-Cabinets are Garbage-Designs ),
The Cabinet must be matched to the chosen Speaker,
or at the very least, the Speaker must be matched to the Cabinet

More-Drivers, and/or, more-Cabinets,
( the specific physical-arrangement of multiple-cabinets is always critical )

More thoughtful Cabinet-Placement in the Room,
with all similar-Cabinets clustered tightly together into groups, preferably vertically oriented,
This has a definite impact on Power-Handling capability.

EQ / Low-Cut-Roll-Off at a higher Frequency, and/or, a Frequency better matched to the Cabinet-Design,

A DJ who's not an idiot, and can be trusted,

Replacements for Blown-Speakers comes out of DJs Pay,

Death-Penalty for touching the EQs once correctly set by the System-Engineer !!!!!!
