is there any computer based program which works with hardware circuits or reads data from the computer's ports
and display the output of the hard circuit in the screen of computer as the actual oscilloscope do...

Note: i want software only hard circuit not for the theoretical or the simulated circuit...

 

MPLab has ICD (In Circuit Debugger), which shows what is happening on on inputs/outputs and shows the code while running live. Other microcontrollers have this option as well, but each needs it's own, outside of fully compliant JTAG, which is becoming more popular.

For others, a "Mixed Signal" scope: A 16-32+ channel logic analyzer and 2-4 channel DSO scope combo, would do what you are looking for. Unfortunately, they cost in the area of $20,000 and up, and are standalone scopes that can be run/viewed by a PC. Sadly, far out of range from a typical hobbyist's budget.

If you are simply looking for a PC Based oscilloscope without the logic analyzer, there are USB scopes out for under $300 that are somewhat decent, however, usually 4 measurements or less can be taken at any moment (4 channel).

Do you want to try and build something yourself or buy off-the-shelf hardware?

Many micro-controllers come with on-board USARTS (for serial comms using RS-232, RS-485 etc.) and A-to-D converters (at least 10 bit resolution). You still need to build the interface hardware around them and program them for the application - although one can readily buy fully assembled development kits and programming software.

thatoneguy's suggestions re cheaper multi-channel, (USB) serial port connected modules would be your quickest path to a working solution.
