The video lectures refer to a text book, but the online textbook provided here does not correlate with the reference from the video. Can someone please point me in the right direction as where to find the text book that the video lectures are referencing? Thanks!

The video lectures come from a different textbook than the one published on AAC. We've done our best to inter-link related topics between the two. I believe this is the textbook the video lectures are based off of. I believe it's out of print, but you may still be able to find a used copy online.
