A few weeks ago I was off on one of my bicycle tours. This one went through a small town in NW Pennsylvania. A really quaint little town called Franklin, PA.
I had stopped in town for the night at a nice B&B and went off exploring.
They seemed to have a fairly modern traffic control signal system with the new LED lighting.
I walked by on control box and it was vibrating like crazy. I sounded like it was about to shake right off of the poll.
With a modern system what could be vibrating? I would expect few if any relays in a newer system so what could be causing all of that shaing?
