Hello, I'm seeking a low Vgs Nch MOSFET that has TO-92 package similar to BSH105(Vgs=0.57Vtyp).
Does anyone know of a model with good availability that can be purchased at Mouser or DigiKey?
Thanks,
tyro

BSH105 Mouser has many parts in surface mount.
I think the one (or two) types at digikey are about the same as the BSH105.
It takes 0.8V to get 1mA.

I note that the datasheet does not specify a maximum value for the gate threshold voltage.
I hope that the TS realises that Vgs(th) tends to have a large part-to-part spread and varies considerably with temperature.

I'd like to say thank you to everyone.
The actual measured value of "high" signal is 1.53V and Vds=3.15V, Id=Microampere level.

As lan0 said, in many products, Vgs did not have a maximum value listed on the datasheet.
Strictly speaking, even BSH105 cannot be used for my purposes.

I currently use current driven KSC1815. But my circuit is an IoT system and I want to minimize current consumption. For me, this "high" voltage is a mid-range number to drive MOSFET.

As ronsimpson says, TN0702N3-G has good characteristics for my purpose. The maximum value is listed in the data sheet.

This component also appears to have good availability, I will use this.
Thank you,
